Our team is comprised of compassionate professionals with experience in personal assistance services. We introduce you to your dedicated team during the initial stages, fostering open communication to build trust and comfort.

All of our team are local to the areas we work in - bringing their local knowledge to our services.

What geographical areas does Independent Living cover?

Our team provide services in Cheshire and cover Runcorn, Frodsham and Widnes.

When should you consider a personal assistant?

If you're looking after a loved one on a daily basis but your time is stretched across other work or life obligations.
Maybe tasks are taking longer around the house or becoming more difficult in later years - it may be time to consider getting some assistance.

Do you provide personal care?

No we do not provide any personal care or medication (Administering, providing or purchasing) although we can pick up prescriptions from the GP and pharmacy.

Is Independent Living covered by insurance?

Yes, our business is fully insured by £1M Public Liability which covers our team visiting your home and travelling.

How often can I expect communication and updates?

We believe in transparent and regular communication. Our team will establish check-ins and channels for ongoing feedback to ensure your satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
